Leah Lash Studio Prototype — Architecture + MEP — Euless, TX (DFW)

A franchise prototype engineered to replicate across DFW and beyond.

QD Design designed a repeatable 1,040 SF beauty-studio prototype — architecture and MEP together — for a lash brand's Heritage Towne location in Euless, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Prototype design means every decision must replicate across future jurisdictions: the space plan, salon ventilation, color-critical lighting, and multi-station plumbing were documented so the next location can permit faster. The Euless package went through city review to approval with architect and MEP drawings from one author.
